Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for clarity and predictability. All refunds are handled by support via in-app/bot channels or [email protected].
Eligibility windows
- EU/EEA consumers: you can withdraw from a contract for services within 14 days from the date of your first payment.
- Other regions: we align with the same 14-day window as a matter of policy.
- Short non-recurring plans: if a plan ends earlier than 14 days, any refund is limited to the unused time; once the plan ends, the refundable amount may be zero.
- The 14-day refund window counts from your first subscription payment; renewals do not reset it.
First refund goodwill
Your first approved refund request made within 12 months of your initial purchase, and submitted within 14 calendar days of that payment, is issued as a full refund of the amount paid (rounded to the nearest cent equivalent within Telegram Stars). This goodwill gesture applies once per rolling 12‑month window and supplements, rather than limits, your statutory withdrawal rights.
For purchases made via Telegram Stars, refund requests must be initiated from the same Telegram account used to pay. Goodwill eligibility is assessed based on refund history over the last 12 months. If we cannot reliably verify Telegram identity or detect a mismatch, we may require manual review and may offer a pro‑rata refund instead of goodwill.
Pro-rata calculation
For the second and subsequent approved refund requests within the same 12-month window from your initial purchase, refunds are pro-rata for the unused portion of the current period based on elapsed time. The formula is:refund = price_paid × (remaining_time / total_time) (rounded to the nearest cent equivalent within Telegram Stars).
Refunds apply to your most recent paid period. Access ends immediately after we approve your request and process the cancellation.
How to request
Sign in to @glitch_vpn_bot through the same Telegram account used to pay with you user_code. Go to Profile → My plan → Cancel subscription and choose Refund. If you cannot access the bot, email [email protected] from the address you linked to the purchase flow (if any) with your user_code, date of purchase, and Telegram payment receipt or Stars transaction ID. We may ask you to confirm control of the primary device. Requests from a different Telegram account may be declined or require manual review. We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and provide the outcome within 7 calendar days of receiving the required information. Approved refunds are confirmed in‑app and by email (if provided).
Cancellations
For recurring plans, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Telegram bot: sign in to @glitch_vpn_bot with the same Telegram account used to pay, then go to Profile → My plan → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future charges and the plan remains active until the end of the already‑paid period. One‑time plans do not auto‑renew.
Exclusions
No refunds for: (a) intentional abuse, AUP violations, or fraud; (b) requests outside the eligibility window; (c) where the Service has been fully performed after you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right; (d) force majeure or outages outside our reasonable control; (e) features explicitly marked as beta/experimental or provided free of charge; (f) frequent or repeated refund requests that indicate misuse.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension to prevent misuse.
Taxes
Prices include taxes where applicable.
Disbursement of refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the Telegram in-app payments system. Once we approve a refund, we initiate the reversal within 2 business days; the time it takes for the balance to appear in your Telegram Stars wallet or linked funding source depends on Telegram and the partner payment processors, and typically takes up to 10 business days.
