Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for clarity and predictability. This policy explains what can be refunded and how.


1. Not Covered (No Refunds)

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Cryptocurrency payments (due to transaction irreversibility and network fees).
  • Vouchers / Coupons purchased from resellers.
  • Cash (if applicable in future).
  • Payments made more than 14 days ago.

2. Covered: Telegram Stars

If you paid via Telegram Stars, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

First Refund Goodwill (Automated)

Your first refund request within a 12-month period is issued as a Full Refund, provided it is requested within 14 days of payment.

Subsequent Refunds (Pro-Rata)

If you request another refund within the same 12-month period:

  • It must still be within 14 days of payment.
  • The amount will be Pro-Rata (calculated based on unused time).
  • Example: If you used 5 days of a 30-day plan, you will be refunded for the remaining 25 days.

3. How to Request (Telegram Stars)

  1. Open @glitch_vpn_bot.
  2. Go to Profile → My plan → Cancel subscription.
  3. Select Refund.
  4. The system will automatically check your eligibility and process the refund to your Telegram Stars balance.

If you cannot access the bot, email [email protected] with your Support Code (from App Menu) and the Telegram Transaction ID. Do not email your 16-digit master user_code.


4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks hurt our ability to provide the service and may lead to permanent account suspension to prevent fraud.

We are committed to resolving issues quickly:

We almost always resolve billing issues in your favor if you contact us directly.


5. Cancellations (Auto-Renewal)

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time.

  • Effect: Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made.
  • How: In the bot: Profile → My plan → Cancel subscription.

6. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • For Telegram Stars: This is covered by our standard policy above.
  • For Crypto: By paying with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal due to the nature of the payment method (irreversibility), unless otherwise required by local law.
