About Glitch VPN

Glitch VPN is a privacy-first VPN operated by GLITCH LABS LLC. We design for anonymity and data minimization: no trackers, no activity-logs, and authentication via an anonymous 16-character code (no email, no password).


No activity-logs — Technical Reality

We run the VPN service with no activity-logs. In practice, this means our servers are configured to send logs to /dev/null.

We do not persist logs that would allow us to attribute network activity to an account or device, such as:

  • Traffic contents or destinations.
  • DNS queries.
  • Original IP addresses.
  • History of connection timestamps.

However, to manage the account device limit, our system tracks currently active sessions in real-time. This “active state” tells us which device is online now, but it is deleted the moment you disconnect. It does not build a history of your past usage.


Availability & scope

  • Protocols: WireGuard, AmneziaWG, VLESS, Shadowsocks, OpenVPN.
  • Server footprint: DigitalOcean, EdisGlobal, and other providers worldwide.
  • Restrictions: BitTorrent is not supported. Use with Tor is not guaranteed.

Data minimization

We store only the minimum data necessary to operate subscriptions and device management. Details are described in our Privacy Policy and Transparency Report.
